Jeffrey T. Doyle, the George S. Eccles Chair in Capital Markets Research in the School of Accountancy at Utah State University, teaches advanced financial accounting and financial statement analysis. He taught previously at the University of Utah and Stanford University. His research is focused on the use of accounting information by capital market participants. Besides being published in leading academic journals, his research has been quoted in several leading business publications including the Wall Street Journal, Business Week, The New York Times, and Fortune. Previously, he worked for Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young as a Certified Public Accountant, performing tax consulting and compliance and attestation services.
