Dr. Carrie A. Belsito is an assistant professor in the Management and Human Resources Department in the College of Business at Utah State University.  She completed her PhD at Texas A&M University and received her BS in business administration/management from California State University, Fresno.  In addition to teaching a Human Resource Management course, Carrie is also involved with the College of Business’ student chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management as well as the HR Games teams.  Her research interests include the areas of strategic human resource management, discretion theory, organizational stigma, and business ethics.
