IM Flash Project Management Methodology

 I will discuss the process used to manage projects for IMFT.  It is a process born out of the Information Systems Team, but used in many (soon to be all) departments if IM Flash Technologies.  I will discuss why Project Management is important to our company and our industry, and I will step through how we use this projects to hit mission critical deadlines.  The discussion will include roles needed, deliverable of the process, and the steps/gates used to ensure we are staying on track with the project at hand.  I will also discuss the importance of process, but the overhead of too much and how we try to deal with this in our process.
