Philip has over thirty years of banking experience. He began his banking career at a community bank in Provo where he gained exposure to a wide variety of banking functions. At Dean Wittier, Philip worked on a team that transitioned a savings and loan bank into an industrial loan corporation. He also served as a senior manager in Morgan Stanley Bank’s credit card operations. Philip was instrumental in founding Celtic Bank. He is a certified regulatory compliance manager.
