Raymond assumed leadership of UBS Bank USA in 2002 with the responsibility of directing the start-up’s regulatory application process, and establishing operational procedures. He also serves on UBS Bank’s Board of Directors. The bank opened its doors in September of 2003, and by the end of that year its assets totaled $11.2 billion. Prior to joining UBS, Raymond held positions with several financial institutions including Merrill Lynch Bank USA.
