Todd joined The HON Company as an Industrial Engineer and he has held various positions in engineering and manufacturing management as The HON Company converted to Lean manufacturing. After successfully implementing a program that rotated hourly, shop floor members through the RCI Department and conducting a successful Shingo Prize challenge, Todd was promoted to Plant Operations Manager. He has participated in over 100 kaizen breakthrough events.

He earned a bachelor’s in industrial engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He has also been mentored by the Shingijutsu Global Consulting Group.
