Association
Tom has spent 30 years representing agriculture,
mining, and manufacturing interests before the Utah Legislature,
Congress, and regulatory agencies in the state. As President
of the Utah Manufacturers Association, he represents approximately
800 member companies throughout Utah. Tom is a graduate of
Utah State University with a bachelor’s degree in agricultural
economics. |

Jerry Kilpatrick
Director of Client Relations,

Jerry has held both technical and managerial
positions with Fortune 500 manufacturers, small manufacturers,
and Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) organizations.
He was part of an elite team of MEP employees who developed
and provided training for various centers in process mapping,
assessments and environmental management. He has a bachelor’s
degree in chemistry and a master’s in industrial management.

of loss prevention, workers’ compensation insurance
cost reduction, and OSHA compliance. He founded, Intelligent
Solutions, a company that uses an online loss prevention service,
to assist thousands of other organizations. He graduated from
Brigham Young University. |
