Cyndi
has taught quality assurance, training, and management classes
for the past nine years. She also teaches for Cal Poly’s
Continuing Education division, and she is the technical editor
for the Journal of Business and Behavioral Sciences.
She has also been very busy since her first book, Catch!
A Fishmonger’s Guide to Greatness, was published. She
has spoken at numerous conferences, and recently began consulting
with companies on leadership, training, and communication.
