| Nancy
will explore the concepts surrounding the development
of high-performance teams. She will discuss the unique
strengths women leaders bring to a team, and life experiences
that prepare them to develop high-performance teams. She
will also explain why some women thrive in this role while
others struggle, and the differences between men and women
that impact team performance. Traditionally women have
placed high value on relationships. As a result, they
are well positioned for the workplace of the future and
its increasing focus on high-performance teams. |
