Gordy Haycock is a Certified Public Accountant with
over 20 years of experience providing accounting,
audit and business advisory services. He has served
SEC reporting and private middle-market companies
in the manufacturing, distribution, technology, and
professional services industries, among others. Prior
to becoming Managing Partner of the Salt Lake City
office of Grant Thornton LLP, Mr. Haycock served for
ten years as Managing Partner of the Portland office,
during which he also served as chairman and member
of several national committees of Grant Thornton,
including Grant Thornton’s Executive Committee.
While in Portland, Mr. Haycock served as a member
of the Board of Directors and the assistant treasurer
of the Cascade-Pacific Council of the Boy Scouts of
America, as well as co-chair of the Greater Portland
Area United Way Corporate fundraising campaign.
Mr. Haycock earned a Bachelor’s of Arts degree
in Accounting from the University of Utah. He is a
member of various professional organizations, including
the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
