Since founding Biz360 in Feb 2000, You Mon has successfully
guided the company through the launch of its first
service offering, Market360, while raising over $20M
in three rounds of funding. In addition, he has recruited
a talented executive team and board of advisors. An
analytics expert, You Mon identified a vast untapped
opportunity in the field of active market intelligence
and established Biz360 as the industry leader in global
reputation and brand analysis.
Prior to founding Biz360, You Mon ran the product
marketing and management groups at Brio Technology.
At Brio, he was responsible for a comprehensive rework
of the product line, which produced $60 million in
annual revenue. You Mon was also the CEO and co-founder
of Milktruck LLC, an Internet pioneer in developing
offline browsing and “push” software.
As a Web marketing trailblazer at Milktruck, You Mon
led one of the earliest Web-based marketing and ad
campaigns, spearheading a partnership program that
boasted alliances with the leaders in the publishing
industry.
Before arriving in Silicon Valley, You Mon was an
urban planner, managing the “New Directions
for the Bronx” program, a public-participation
plan for New York City’s poorest county. He
holds a bachelor’s in urban studies from Yale
University and master’s degree in business administration
from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the
University of California at Berkeley.
