Lynn Whipple is an accomplished professional specializing in enhancing the connection between who a person is and how each individual can effectively link for high performance. He has woven a career path through internal and external consulting roles where he has been recognized for his contributions in identifying talent, influencing and improving communication, and linking people together through effective selection, development and performance management systems.

Lynn received an M.A. in Organizational Behavior from Brigham Young University following his bachelors degree from the University of Utah. He brings 15 years of experience as a successful internal change agent/consultant and Human Resource professional along with additional experiences as a management Consultant and training professional. He is now working with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Lynn and his wife, Marilyn, are the parents of four daughters. He enjoys family, reading, home improvement projects, listening to music of all varieties, and anything outdoors.
