Susan Landgraf is responsible for developing
the training systems, programs and tools that support and
enhance Cold Stone franchisees’ success. She has over
30 years of restaurant and franchise training expertise, including
19 years with the Marriott Corporation where she was responsible
for designing training systems for Farrell’s Ice Cream
Parlors, Hot Shoppe’s, Roy Rogers and Marriott Family
Restaurants. She also served as Training Director for Swensen’s
Ice Cream Restaurants, Wendy’s International and Vice
President of Performance and Organizational Effectiveness
for PetSmart, inc. Oh… and one more thing… her
Favorite Cold Stone Creation? White Chocolate Ice Cream swirled
with Raspberry Sorbet with Fudge & Chocolate Chips.
