As President and Chief Executive Officer of Forum Systems, Mr. Swenson oversees the corporate management and strategic direction of the Company. With almost two decades of experience in the IT Infrastructure and Network Security Sectors, Mr. Swenson brings a wealth of experience to his leadership role at Forum Systems. Mr. Swenson formerly served as the CFO of Phobos Corporation, a Utah based Technology Company that was acquired by SonicWall of Sunnyvale, California (SNWL) in December 2000.

Prior to Phobos, Mr. Swenson, spent over 10 years at Novell Inc., serving in various operational capacities and ultimately as the CFO of world-wide sales and marketing during his last 4 years with the company. After his service with Phobos and prior to joining Forum Systems in 2001, Mr. Swenson acted as the Managing Member of Blackrock Ventures, an early-stage business consulting company.
